The Nitty Gritty Details

All photos by Elisabeth Photography will be delivered using a private online gallery. You will be notified via email when your gallery is ready. Photos will be ready within 2 weeks of session date.

When booking with Miss Lizzie’s Photography, 50% of session fee is due at the time of booking to hold your spot. This holding fee is nonrefundable. The remaining amount for the session will be do 24 hours before the session start time.

In the event you need to reschedule, the session fee is transferable for one rescheduled date subject to session time availability. If you wish to reschedule the same session a second time, a new session fee will be applied.

There are no refunds of the session fee in the event of a cancelation, unless in the event a family member passes or the session is canceled by Elisabeth Photography outside of the 24 hour grace period.

Cancelations must happen at least 24 hours before session start time or client will be subject to paying full session fee. This session fee may be applied to a future session but is nonrefundable. The full session fee must be paid for in full before any future planning with Elisabeth Photography may occur. If cancelation happens by the same party a second time, the session fee is nontransferable and that party will be required to pay for sessions in full at the time of booking (Increasing starting nonrefundable wages).

Elisabeth Photography is not responsible for any injuries that happen to clients and participating members during session time. All clients have the right to refuse a pose and/or location they feel would be unsafe or may cause discomfort.

MINORS:

All minors participating in paid session must be included in contract. The Guardian or responsible party for these minors understand that Elisabeth Photography are not responsible for any harm or injury that may happen to the minors during the paid session. All clients have a right to refuse a location or pose they fell may cause harm, discomfort, or if they deem a pose or location inappropriate.

All booking clients will be required to sign a digital copy of these statements and must email the signed contract back to Elisabeth Photography 24 hours before session start time or the session will be canceled. A new contract must be signed for each separate session.
